Happy New Year

Six moments in 2016 that stand out!

1) Carroll County’s Best Professional Photographer 2016. This is an honor to have been chosen by each of you three years in a row now! WHAT AN HONOR I received because of your votes! I am so grateful!

2) LA Photography had five images selected in 2016’s Shoot and Share Portrait Contest receiving: Top 30%, Top 20%, and Finalist.

3) LA Photography continues to volunteer as Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep (NILMDTS) Baltimore Area Coordinator and Photographer. This organization is such a blessing for families that experience as loss at birth. These images are beautiful healing images for the family to reflect on for years as they mourn and remember the life of their child. 4) Our family personally volunteers with Safe Families. This is an organization in the Baltimore area that helps families in need prior to foster care with the state. To learn more about this wonderful organization and how you can volunteer your time as a host family, family friend, food when needed, rides when needed, academic tutor…and many other volunteer positions. Click here to learn more about Safe Families.

5) I was honored to capture images at the #BigBENefit in December of 2016 in conjunction with Safe Families. Ben and Kirsten Watson (Ravens) shared their love for Jesus Christ with the families that are apart of Safe Families and blessed them with funds to buy their kids Christmas presents at Walmart.

6) LA Photography continues with International Association of Professional Birth Photographers www.birthphotographer.com

It has been a wonderful year for LA Photography. I am grateful to each of you for making this past year so wonderful. I have been blessed working with such wonderful families in 2016. I am looking forward to 2017! Business is booming and already booking newborn, birth, family, and senior portrait sessions into the summer time-frame. I am eager to work with each of the families and get to know them better while capturing such special moments that they will have to look back on for years to come!
